P & C Communications Warranty Policies
P & C Communications has established a name by taking care of our customers.
The main priority is the customers needs. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. If an emergency arises the management staff at P & C Communications can be reached after hours.

If a product is installed by P & C Communications and fails to work properly under normal conditions, it will be replaced. Depending on the manufacturer of the materials installed, product warranty varies from 15 years to lifetime. Contact our office to verify the warranty on your products. P & C Communications warranties our workmanship for a period of 25 years. On new construction and a certified cabling solution, P & C Communications warrants workmanship for lifetime.
P & C Communications stands behind the products they install. If a product is discontinued, P & C will replace it with an equivalent product for a period of 3 years after it's discontinuation.
