The most important part of P & C Communications, is the quality of workmanship that is done on every job no-matter the size. The following procedures will be enforced on every job P & C Communications, is a part of. The Quality Assurance Program of P & C Communications involves all the different levels of the company.
1. Upon receiving the P.O.
- Walk through of job site with Customer, Sales Representative, Operations Manager, and Project Manager is done.
- Job Time-line is produced.
- Job specific Safety training.
- Multiple copies of prints and specs are made.
- Scheduling of work force.
- Staging of all materials.
2. Job in progress
- Various walk through of job site by Sales Representative, and Operations Manager.
(These walk throughs are done at various stages of the job. As cable is being installed, walls are being dropped termination, and Testing.)
- Paper work is updated daily (as-built drawings, time-line, etc.)
- If any work does not meet or exceed industry standards then it is fixed or replaced immediately.
3. End of job
- Walk through of job with Sales Representative, Operations
Manager, and Project Manager is done.
- Preliminary punch list is made and any remaining problems are corrected.
4. Final walk through
- Final walk through is done with Customer, Sales Representative, Operations Manager, and Project Manager.
- As-built drawing and test results are given to Customer.
- Customer approval and sign-off of job.
